We’re packing up the broomcorn and heading to Patchtown Days for a special weekend of hands-on broom making classes surrounded by the history of Pennsylvania coal country, Eckley Miners’ Village.
There’s just something fitting about traditional broom making in a place where hard work, handmade living, and community still echo through the streets.
