This class is for those who love to craft and want to explore hand tying whisks with an artistic flare. Any Colored broomcorn, and materials included. Our Beginner Broom making class is recommended, but not required. Ages 15+

About the event
This In-Person class includes all materials. You may bring drinks along if desired. It is also weather dependent. This is the Icebox of PA, so if the class is cancelled due to weather, you will receive a full refund. Prepayment is required and holds your seat/supplies. If you choose to cancel within 3 days of the class time, a 50% refund is given.
We do recommend our Beginner Broom Making class prior to this one, however it is not necessary. The skills and techniques are built upon what is taught in the Beginner class. Hand/foot coordination and some arm strength is needed and we recommend 15+ yrs of age.

Explore the art of whisk making. Hand tie a unique style of whisk brooms. Pick colored broomcorn, seeded craftcorn and threads. All materials and tools are supplied for the class. You are welcome to bring drinks. You do need hand/foot coordination and a bit of hand and arm strength. Broom making can be a good workout!
