The Harvest Moon Besom is to celebrate the full harvest moon that will fill the sky on Sept 9-10.  "During the harvest moon, it's best to slow down, wait, and see what happens in your life," Anya says. "Enjoy the beautiful September sunsets, look back at your achievements, and take a deep breath .  I chose the gray greenish moon color and filled the broom with the last of the autumnal/sunset colors of Orange and rust, some brown and a hint of winter blue.  This blueberry broomstick is slightly curved, knobby and the end reminds me of a cane handle.  Approx 60" overall length.
 
Our renewable blueberry shrubs offer us the most lovely broomsticks as we do the necessary trimming to encourage new life and growth in these fruit bearing shrubs.   Now that the berry season has ended, it's time to prune and dry our broomsticks.  This besom, your new besom, has aged/dried for 2 years before achieving new purpose.
